"Не работал интернет, но быстро предоставили другой логин и пароль, все заработало. Дают один ключ, при отдыхе компанией это очень не удобно. Приходилось прятать ключ в подъезде. При входе у соседей в почтовых ящиках есть цифровые микро сейфы для ключей. Это прекрасное решение - достаточно одного ключа на всех."

"First of all, their customer service was just a top tier. Crazy thing happened during our stay at this accomodation. Ceiling fell down because of pipe leaking. Luckily, it didn't happen when we were sleeping. It happened while we were out exploring the city. I reported this immediately via Sweett app. They responded very promptly. They apologized multiple times and offered a new location to stay. I was traveling with elder parents who cannot move around freely especially with all our luggages. I informed them about my situation and told them that I can just sleep on a couch. And they made a partial refund to me for being unable to use one of the rooms. Yes, it was inconvenient to have a technician coming in and out of our apartment during our stay but their amazing customer service made up for it. Oh and the elevator was working when I there in Dec 2024 😁"

"Other than what happened to us during our stay, nothing much that I can find I "disliked" about the property. The building seems to be aged and requires maintenance here and there (like molds on the bathroom walls, etc) but they weren't really inconveniece to us. Heaters were all working and loved their Codage shampoo and lotion!"

"Elevator was not working, our apartment was on 3rd floor (technically 4th floor), problem with carrying the luggage. No AC (but electrical fans provided). Three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms toward the main busy street was very noisy even after midnight."
